If necessary, change the O SmtpGreetingMessage line in the /etc/sendmail.cf file as noted below: O SmtpGreetingMessage=$j Sendmail $v/$Z; $b change it to: O SmtpGreetingMessage= Mail Server Ready ; $b Then restart the Sendmail service. |
